**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage meeting schedule, appointment calendar and communication.
- Able to write meeting minutes after meetings.
- Verify, maintain and control of documentation/filing.
- Dispatch/transport confidential documents in a sealed envelope, label with recipient's name and department.
- Setting up of Meeting Rooms.
- Greet HODs, Staffs Vendors, Visitors politely and maintain good public relations.
- Maintain good interpersonal relationship with other department by providing good customer service.
- Undertake any additional duties and responsibilities as delegated.
**Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge**
- SPM qualification with all passes.
- Diploma qualifications in relevant field is added advantage.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Malay.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
