**Position**: HR Executive
Permanent Role
**Location**: Petaling Jaya
**Workday**: Monday to Friday
**Work time**: 10am to 7pm
Recruitment
- Plan, implement, organize, and manage the entire talent acquisition process.
- Handle recruitment process from start to finish, including job requisition preparation, job description, job posting, interviewing, reference checking, and employing new staff.
- Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive and competitive plan to attract and retain talent inside the firm.
Learning and Development
- Propose/create training programs that are in line with the company's goals.
- Coordinate with various leaders across the company on training-related issues.
- Use a variety of training modalities, such as e-learning, tutorial sessions, or coaching.
- Embrace different styles of training techniques including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching.
- Develop a proper training budget and operate within it when sourcing and executing training solutions.
- Manage and build relationships with third party training providers.
HR Admin
- Onboarding - perform reference, prepare offer letter, prepare welcome note, new hire announcement, performance review form and set reminder for performance review.
- Offboarding - Exit interview, exit clearance, and preparation of relevant HR documents for proper exit.
- Payroll administration and processing (monthly).
- Ensure the payroll processing function is timely and accurate in compliance with business regulations.
- Ensure legal compliance and HR best practices are followed in all HR activities.
- Create monthly HR reports, including but not limited to HR labor cost reports, leave reports, payroll summaries, monthly turnover reports, and HR recruitment reports.
- Create procedures, processes, and policies to improve the Company's compliance practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and make efficient use of the HR information system.
Talent Management
- Assist the company leader in establishing KPIs and communicate with the internal team.
- Help with performance management and personnel evaluation.
- Ensure you conduct annual performance evaluations for all new hires.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide HR counselling and support to employees and supervisors.
- Handle employee concerns and disciplinary actions, ensuring that employees are treated fairly and consistently.
- Create and implement HR training programs to improve employees' skills and knowledge.
Employee Relation (ER)
- Create a positive work atmosphere that values diversity, inclusivity, and employee involvement.
- Planning and organizing staff engagement events and activities.
- Plan, execute, and lead employee engagement initiatives such as organizing events, recognition programs, and staff surveys.
Others
- Support the company's overall HR needs, programs, and services in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain a professional and positive working relationship with team members and stakeholders.
- Coach other team members on human resources issues.
- Carry out any additional jobs or responsibilities allocated by the CEO and director
**; Requirements**: - Job Requirements
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a similar profession.
- Working experience in an IT/Fin-tech organization can improve your chances.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin preferred).
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities and establish a healthy business culture.
- Problem solver, self-motivator, and great team player.
- Capable of multitasking, managing many priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Thorough understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act, Labour Laws, and Grievance Procedures. Proficient regarding the amendments to the Employment Act
- High integrity and the capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- An analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Proactive and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
