**Requirements**:
- Excellent spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently and good discipline.
- Interpersonal, maintaining good relationships with customers, problem-solving skills.
- Work independently
- Willing to travel overseas
- Willing to travel locally & possess own transport (Car).
- Able to join immediately.
- Full-time position available.
**Responsibilities**:
- To provide technical support, resolve queries and train end users.
- To perform weekly & monthly maintenance for customers equipments.
- To troubleshoot, diagnose & repair hardware/software problems.
- Provide assistance to staff or customers.
- Monitoring hardware, software & system performance.
- Multitasking
