Technical Support Executive

Provide technical support for tablets/phones to all DO for HQ and Regional offices
- Provide barcode support for HQ and Regional Offices
- Asset Management/Tracking/documentation on all IT related peripherals
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports on work carried out
- Able to support Windows and Android platform
- Provide 1st level tablet/phone support for windows/Android platform
- Provide barcode support
- Inventory Management of all Desktops, laptops, tablets and thumbprint & barcode device
- Work closely with technical and device team from HQ
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Related Field
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Fair level of documentation skills
- Well verse in BM and English
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Able to conduct Application training and communicate with Team Leads, CSO’s and LO’s
- Able to acquire knowledge fast
- Must be willing to travel within region/district
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
