**Service Desk agent - Japanese local speaker**:

- 9 hours per days
- 5days per week including PH and weekends.
- Earliest working time - 5am
- Latest working time - 10pm
- Shift changes monthly between team.
- **Support for Japan & Europe retails stores (hardware and software devices in a store)**:

- Requirements JLPT N1, N2 or completed higher education in Japan University
- Able to join before 4 _th _March 2024
- Work Location/Project = Office / WFH (Hybrid) H&M
- Schedule (Shift/Non-shift) = Shift (5am -10pm) rotation and 2 days off. 5days per week including PH and weekends. Work on PH. Follow MY PH.
- Retail support.
- IT Knowledge or SD experience added advantage.
- 9 hours per days
- Requirements JLPT N1,N2 or completed higher education (Degree) in Japan University
