**Your responsibilities would be to**:
- To work in financial and brokerage industry company.
- To demonstrate logical thinking and creative thinking, able to give suggestions and make recommendations.
- Keep records of client interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Review policy terms to determine whether handling compliance. Maintain and update SOP and record.
- Enhance and improve current process.
- Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients
- Following process and procedure of the Company.
- Able to work independently and in a team with self-initiative and positive attitude.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English & Malay language.
- Know how to handle Telegram.
- Must do live on Tiktok and Malay speaker.
- Being able to teach and do live trade with clients.
- Willing to be based in Ipoh, Perak.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Experience in customer service is an added advantage.
**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
