**职责：**
- **供应商管理：** 寻找、选择和与供应商谈判，以确保最佳价格的同时保持最高质量、可靠性和服务标准。
- **操作性采购：** 处理每日采购任务，如计划、发布和跟踪采购订单，以及管理交货和发货时间表。
- **问题解决：** 解决与供应商有关的供应、质量、服务和发票问题，确保运营顺利进行。
- **供应商绩效评估：** 根据质量、交货时间和价格评估供应商的绩效，并确保他们符合组织的要求和期望。
- **临时职责：** 承担管理分配的任何额外任务。

**要求：**
- **教育和经验：** 拥有最低文凭或同等学历，具有至少1年相关领域的工作经验。最好具有1年在电子商务行业类似职位的工作经验。
- **技能：** 出色的沟通和谈判技巧对与供应商和内部利益相关者的互动至关重要。具备足够的资源、积极主动和独立工作能力。
- **技术熟练程度：** 精通微软办公应用程序，尤其是Word和Excel，对此职位至关重要。
- **语言技能：** 能够流利地使用英语和普通话进行交流是与普通话供应商有效沟通的必要条件。
- **应届毕业生：** 鼓励应届毕业生申请，这表明公司愿意雇佣可能没有丰富工作经验但符合其他条件并显示出适合该职位的潜力的个人。

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for sourcing, selecting and negotiating with suppliers for best pricing while maintain the highest level of quality, reliability and services
- In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules
- Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or equivalent with 1 years working experience in related field
- Preferred 1 years relevant working experience in a similar capacity preferably in Ecommerce Industry.
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers is a must
- Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent worker
- Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel)
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking suppliers
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
