As a Travel Customer Services Representative (Mandarin Speaking), you will be the voice of our agency, providing our Mandarin-speaking clients with unparalleled support. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Providing personalized trip planning**: Assisting clients with creating customized itineraries that meet their unique preferences and needs.
- **Handling bookings and reservations**: Facilitating travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, tours, and activities.
- **Providing post-booking support**: Addressing customer concerns and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
- **Maintaining client relationships**: Building rapport with clients, understanding their travel preferences, and providing ongoing support throughout their journey.
- **Staying up-to-date with travel industry trends**: Familiarizing yourself with the latest destinations, travel regulations, and travel technology.

**Qualifications**
- Native proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help others
- Knowledge of the travel industry and destination expertise preferred
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook and Excel)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

- **紧跟旅游业趋势:**熟悉最新的目的地、旅行法规和旅行技术。

**任职资格**
- 普通话母语水平(读写)
- 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力
- 强烈的客户服务意识和真诚的助人之心
- 了解旅游业和目的地专业知识优先
- 能够独立工作、有效管理时间并同时处理多项任务
- 熟练掌握 Microsoft Office 套件(尤其是 Outlook 和 Excel)
- 能够弹性工作,包括周末和晚上

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
