Job Position:Retail Supervisor
Salary Package:RM5k-RM8K
Working Hour:Subject to duty roster
Working Location:Sunway Pyramid & Sunway Velocity

**Company Background:Women's Clothing Store**
- Supervise full-time and part time retail staff in-store, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and handle all operational issues, ensuring that it adheres to company SOP and guidelines.
- Participate in company outlet sales event.
- Assist other outlet stores operation.
- Provide coaching, counselling, and maintaining discipline of all retail staff, planning and managing staff roster and scheduling.
- Responsible to substitutes/rescheduling work duties.
- In charge of store inventory management, monitoring inventory levels/ageing inventory and conducting regular stock count.
- Managing POS system, daily cash deposits/petty cash.
- Responsible to maintain store/brand image and make sure all staffs were dressed their uniform that designated by company.
- Provide appropriate coaching & support to the retail team and motivate staff to achieve individual/team KPI.
- Leading retail team on daily operation to achieve store sales target.
- To perform any work, assignments and/or duties as may be directed by superior from time to time.
- Participate in company’s activities and projects.

**Job Requirement**:

- Have at least 4 years of working experience preferably in a retail sales or fashion environment.
- With a passion for the brand and our products, have knowledge in fabric and clothing.
- Provide strong personal sense of style and fashion, not afraid of approaching strangers and striking a genuine conversation.
- Must be able to work on weekends/public holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in spoken/ written English and Malay/ Mandarin.
