**Company Background:Women's Clothing Store**
- Assist in providing the best customer experience. Including speaking to guests and offering advice on colour, fit and silhouette to best suit their needs.
- Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandises are available in all colours, sizes, and quantities.
- Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on floor and at the fitting rooms.
- Responsible to maintain personal and brand image.
- Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers, as well as support all stock take exercises.
- To perform quality check and handle all defective items.
- Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments.
- To perform any work, assignments and/or duties as may be directed by superior/Assistant Store Manager from time to time to achieve store sales target.
- Complete all duties to achieve personal KPI every month.
- Participate in company’s activities and projects.

**Job Requirement**:

- Have at least 1 year of working experience preferably in a retail sales or fashion environment.
- With a passion for the brand and our products, have knowledge in fabric and clothing.
- Provide strong personal sense of style and fashion, not afraid of approaching strangers and striking a genuine conversation.
- Must be able to work on weekends/public holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in spoken/ written English and Malay/ Mandarin.
