**Job Descriptions**:
Responsible for payroll processing via Flex HRM Payroll system in a timely manner

Calculate and process overtime, bonuses, unpaid leaves, other deductions and allowances

Answer employees’ questions about wages, attendance, benefits and others

Prepare all necessary documentation in respect of Payroll / EPF / SOCSO and income tax deductions (e.g. preparing EA for income tax filing purpose)

Ensure the Statutory payments transactions are submitted to governmental departments and insurance companies within the timeframe

Liaise with HR on the employee movement (new hire, resignation, unpaid leave, staff repayment, overtime, bonus/AWS payout etc) and update their information accordingly into internal databases.

Ensure all payroll journals are posted monthly in a timely manner

Prepare staff salary, merit increment, bonus for fiscal year budget process

Maintain the accuracy and confidentially of payroll reports for record-keeping purposes

Reconciliation of account for Payroll related matters Contact for all payroll related queries

**Job Requirements**:
Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
