Update new employee information including contact details and employment forms.
- Assist in maintaining complete employee records including attendance records, annual leave, sick leave, productivity, etc.
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts.
- Post, update and remove job ads from careers pages and social networks.
- Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days).
- Assist in updating the company's vehicle and asset usage records, vehicle maintenance and PUSPAKOM inspections.
- Assist in managing and carry out any work related to the maintenance of company's building.
- Assist in managing and monitor any issues related to foreign workers (Passport, working visa / permit, safety and health, discipline, etc).
- Assist in managing and monitor foreign workers hostels and canteens.
- Any work related to human resource department.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM500.00 per month
