Executive Assistant

Demonstrable experience working at a strategic level with a busy, high visionary CEO
- Prepare briefings, talking points, presentations and proposals for the CEO, for internal and external purposes
- Work closely with the CEO to implement his vision, offering advice and practical support
- Participate in meetings and project groups both internally and externally, representing the views of the CEO where appropriate
- Contribute to the effective running of the CEO’s office, diary and correspondence
- Manage some special projects as directed by the CEO, leading internal teams as appropriate
- Anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Provide hospitality to all guests and help to create a welcoming environment
- Acting as the point of contact among senior executives, employees, and other external business partners
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to the CEO in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage the CEO’s travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree holder in secretaryship, business administration.
- 5-8 years of working experience, ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company
- Project management & store events experience are added advantages
- Resilience and flexibility, able to work calmly under pressure, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
- Proactive, ingenious and creative approach to solving problems
- Outgoing, helpful disposition and the ability to deal with people respectfully, diplomatically and firmly
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
- Good English language communication skills
- Numeracy and financial literacy
