**What you will do as an Admissions Specialist**

**Purpose of the role**

You will contribute to overall effective service delivery by providing a high-quality admissions service on behalf of the client, University Living*, to applicants, agents and other stakeholders in accordance with agreed standards; this will require working flexibly with a focus on meeting targets, and managing deadlines. You will work closely with the University Living Recruitment Manager, also based in KL.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Achieve defined KPIs and daily calls, connects and conversion targets.
- Provide a high quality, customer-oriented service giving first-class support and guidance on admissions policies and procedures.
- Follow up on enquiries and drive high conversions with rigorous follow-ups using multiple communication channels.
- Respond to queries from applicants in a timely manner, providing detailed information in an accessible format.
- Provide administrative support and maintain records for applicants in accordance with the procedures and regulations of the clients.
- Proactively contact applicants to support their progress.
- Undertake fee assessments for applicants and refer more complex cases to Regional Manager.
- Keep up to date with the market changes and keep the applicants informed.
- Adhere to pre-agreed standard operating proceedings, protocols and workflows.
- Work on various technology platforms to deliver the duties, including but not limited to CRM, Contact Centre, external systems such as student records.
- Work with the client in a focussed and professional manner.

**What you bring to the team**
- **Essential criteria**_
- Undergraduate/Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience achieving sales targets, particularly in student recruitment
- 1-2 years of experience in student conversion and lead management
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - Written and spoken English
- The ability to manage a varied workload independently and as part of a team
- Process oriented
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- A Malaysian citizen or hold a work permit in Malaysia
- **Desirable criteria**_
- Experience in EdTech, Education related industries
- Experience in working with outsourced business operations
- Experience of working or studying abroad
