- Overall Purpose
**_The Executive Assistant to the CEO_** will be responsible for facilitating the CEO’s strategic initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- She/he will tune into the vision of the CEO in order to coordinate, execute, and monitor multiple overlapping, cross-departmental projects, programs, and events._

While providing administrative support to the CEO and working cross-functionally with all departments, the Executive Assistant will be exposed to internal facets of the business including: brand, products, customers services, key personnel, and policies
& procedures.

One of the main roles includes managing the evolution of the brand strategy and refinement of the campaign to establish its further integration across platforms and audiences to deliver outstanding brand communications programs.

A Day in a Life
- of the Executive Assistant to the CEO_

Facilitate strategic initiatives for the Serve as a liaison and work
CEO by scheduling, tracking and liaising cross-functionally with all departments short-range and long-range plans, internally projects and events with her direct

Serve as front-line support for the reports

CEO by escalating critical priorities,
Provide time-management support to high-risk matters and crises to the CEO, the CEO by maintaining a dynamic while personally handling low-risk calendar, coordinating the schedules of matters & conflicts internal and external stakeholders, and

Under the direction of the CEO, keeping the CEO well informed of provide support during and after commitments and responsibilities meetings by taking notes,

Work collaboratively with social to be delivered to internal and external media & PR specialists, to promote and stakeholders manage the CEO’s social media and PR
Facilitate successful relationships presence between the CEO and internal/external

Remain alert to the needs of the parties by acting as a “barometer” of her organization and CEO, identifying business environment, and brief her on opportunities and problems, and matters relating to employees, proactively execute solutions customers, partners and online community Perform other job duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
Minimum 3 years of administrative assistance experience or related education/project management industry

Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills (priority given to bilingual speakers - Chinese and English)

Experience in marketing, branding, communications or social media preferred

Ability to handle multiple, complex & competing priorities, projects, programs and events

Expertise in presentation development (PowerPoint, Prezi, Lucid Chart, etc.)

Ability to use critical thinking & problem-solving skills to judge situations, considering business, personnel, financial, legal, risk management, and time implications, and take appropriate, timely action

Ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Crisis management experience preferred
