Top Executive Assistant

Maintain and coordinate the executive's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure the executive is well-prepared for all engagements.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events. Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings, and take minutes when required.
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries. Ensure travel plans align with the executive's schedule and preferences.
- Maintain and organize important documents, reports, and files. Assist with document preparation and proofreading.
- Research and compile information as requested by the executive. Provide summaries and reports as needed for decision-making.
- Oversee the executive's office operations, including ordering supplies, managing expenses, and coordinating with other staff members.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Address and resolve administrative issues and challenges promptly.
- Anticipate the executive's needs and proactively provide support.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues.
- Assist in managing and executing special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive.
**; Requirements**:
- Requirements 7 years and above, bachelor's degree preferred and professional certificate.
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role is typically preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in office software and technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Professionalism, poise, and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
