Personal Assistant/secretary

To assist and provide high level confidential support to the Director’s business matters by providing a full secretarial and administrative service.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team and various departments within the company.
- Coordinate daily schedules and appointments and provide assistance during client engagement activities.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality in all matters.
- Managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and handling travel arrangements, such as flights booking, to ensure efficient and organized operations.
- Any ad-hoc from time-to-time.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or a related field is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities efficiently.
- Required language(s): Malay/ English
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- office located at Melawati, KL
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
