**Your responsibilities include**:

- Daily monitoring of retail transactional business including monitoring the booking of Retail transactions and ensuring completeness of the information.
- Participate in the reconciliation, updating, reporting, booking and other activities related to retail inventory process including follow-up on physical inventory discrepancies, inventory adjustments and slow moving inventory.
- Work with the Head of Finance to provide an in-depth analysis of the retail business and appropriate follow up action plans.
- Participate in stock counts as necessary including management of the stock count results and follow ups.
- Monitor purchases of retail merchandise for proper controls and procedures including stock in-transit
- Work with the Operations team to comply with inventory control procedures to meet audit requirements and proper business practices.

**Who we look for - the ideal profile**:

- Finance/Accountancy/Banking
- 3+ years’ experience as an Accountant. Background in retail and familiarity with
- inventory management is highly preferred.
- Good command in English both spoken and written
- Good organization skills and ability to work under pressure
- Can thrive in a fast-paced, start-up, and Ecommerce environment
- Must be highly analytical and a fast learner
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
