Responsibilities: Â- To perform the administrative functions for the department (prepare purchase order, filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, binding, collection/deliver of documents from/to other department, follow up with other department on administration matter, etc) in a timely and effective manners. Requirements: Â- Diploma in Management or any related field Â- Minimum 2 years of related administrative experience Â- Must be well versed in Microsoft Office Â- Effective verbal and written communications Â- Must be people oriented, have good team work and must be proactive.
