**Job Summary**:

- We are looking for a motivated and independent Key Account Manager to join our team exclusively for the KraftHeinz brand in Malaysia. In this role, you will manage multiple key account customers without any direct reports. Your main responsibilities will include building and growing relationships with our key clients, providing strategic guidance, and delivering outstanding service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term business growth.**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs, objectives, and challenges at the same time provide solutions to ensure objective are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling products and services to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as field sales, client management, and customer support, to deliver comprehensive solutions and exceed customer expectations.
- Conduct regular business reviews and present progress reports to key stakeholders, demonstrating the value and ROI of our products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance our offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, setting goals, tracking performance, and implementing necessary adjustments to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
- Anticipate and mitigate potential risks or challenges that may impact client relationships or project timelines.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand your network and promote our company's brand.
- Manage budget, spending, and tracking to align with objectives and plans, promptly flagging and addressing any issues that arise.

**Job Requirement**:

- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role for three (3) to five (5) years, managing Modern Trades.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of key account management principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, develop customized solutions, and close deals.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Proficient in using Excel Files and other relevant tools to track account activities, manage leads, and generate reports.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events. (mínimal)
