Perform collection of maintenance fee, book-keeping administration.
- Accounting to ensure up to date credit control.
- Timely insurance of billing, notices, reminders, payment and etc.
- Attend to residents complaints or any queries tactfully to arrange appropriate method.
- To handle documentation & administration of all policies, house rules, SOP
- Assist building manager to organize AGM, EGM of the strata condo.
- Taking care office administrative necessary.
- To generate reports to management & JMB

Job Requirements:

- Graduated at least in Diploma/ Advance/ Degree in Accounts or equivalent.
- At least (3) year working experience in **Management Office**, **Property Management **will add advantage.
- Able to handle full set account
- Required skills**:MS Excel, MS Office, Advelsoft Accounting system** will be an added advantage
- Willing to handle customer service
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Discipline, initiative, positive attitude.
- Able to work at **Trinity Pentamont (Condominium)**:

- Office location - **Mont Kiara**:

- Full Time position
- Must be willing to work Saturday (half day)
