Account Admin

1. Maintain proper record and organisation of filling system.
2. Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
3. Daily tasks on accounts payable include preparing payment recording, posting, verification and filing of documents.
4. Deal with customers and provide solutions.
5. Any other ad hoc assignment.
**Requirements**:
1. 3-4 years of relevant working experience.
2. Diploma or Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent.
3. Experiences with handling full set of accounts, including keeping general ledger, accounts receivables and payables, and reconciling bank statements.
4. Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
5. Strong work and professional ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
6. Language proficiency - minimum good spoken and written English.
7. Experiences working with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
