Responsible for bookkeeping, accounting and administrative tasks and ensuring meeting deadline
- Maintain and update necessary records such as invoices, receipts and payment vouchers etc.
- Check and monitor customers’ invoices/ payment issues
- Able to prepare full set of accounts
- Perform bank and creditors reconciliation
- Maintain up to date records and administer efficient filing systems
- Liaise with auditor, customers & external parties when needed
- Manage customers’ accounts and provide a summary to your supervisor at the end of the day
- Assisting clients in coordinating and submission of documents to client’s co sec
- Able to advise basic requirements i.e. incorporating new co, knowledge of companies Act 1965.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments/ other tasks as and when assigned by management
- Good clientele to work with and enable you to gain wide experience
- Team player, proactive, good attitude, able to work independently & efficiently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
