Job Description
Able to determine the issue for each interaction and assist professionally.
Passionate in helping to resolve customer issues and complaint handling.
Guide and resolve the issue professionally and efficiently.
Assist customers to solve issues by providing the right solution.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries to the designated resource.
Keep records of customer interactions for all channels.
Provide excellent customer service handling and customer satisfaction.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Requirement
Fresh graduate or SPM holders are welcome to apply.
Fluent in English (writing & speaking).
Able to speak a minimum of 2 languages (English + Mandarin), (English + Tamil), (English + Malay).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Typing skill on 25 words/minute.
Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
