**Job Description**:
**About the job**
The Digital department offers and maintains a set of digital and data solutions supporting customer experience, accessibility, efficiency and sustainable growth. As Development Support Manager you will be responsible for managing the digital roadmap, leading the inhouse development team through planning and development and deployment process for digital and data solutions.
**Your assignment**
- Lead (oversee) the Inhouse Digital Product development team with a customer & co-worker-first mind-set, outcome and capability focused.
- Secure Product & Project planning and process (development and deployment), and its alignment with business partners and stakeholders.
- Oversee product & Project planning and process (development and deployment), and its alignment with business partners and stakeholders.
- Provide holistic view of all product developments across IKEA Retail package, Ikano Retail initiatives, and its impact on the overall system landscape.
- Anchor processes to manage and publish the total view of the digital roadmap.
- Oversee, and work closely with, the development team, delivering effective and qualitative deployments of digital systems across the business.
- Identify development opportunities through technology / business trends.
- Work closely, and partner, with business partners, stakeholders, external vendors, developing long-term relationship and excellent products.

**Your profile**
We are looking for a senior leader who is passionate about product development & team leadership, with user experience top of mind.
**You bring**:
- 3+ years of experience of leadership positions in digital management.
- Proven technical leader, with a strong understanding of how digital ecosystems can contribute to long-term growth and profitability.
- A strong understanding digital product development, lifecycle and roadmap planning
- Broad and in-depth understanding of digital and related components/elements, and how to influence the overall user experience.
- A strong understanding of cost modelling, planning, vendor (outsourcing) and risk management
- Ideally strong practical experience of agile/scrum development processes.
