As a **Business Development Executive (Leasing & Tenancy),** you will be the key person who **plan and implement tenancy mix for industrial property.**
- Identify and shortlist potential tenant, conduct initiate discussion, negotiation and finalize the commercial terms and tenancy agreement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationship with tenants.
- Resolve any issues by tenants in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and maintain tenancy agreements and reports, and ensure tenants' adhere to the lease terms.
- Perform market research and keep up to date on the market condition to identify latest leasing trends.
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
**To be successful in this role, you will need to have**:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within property sales and marketing environment especially in the leasing of industrial property.
- Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in active local leasing preferred.
- Presentable and outgoing personality.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Must possess own transport and willing to drive to work at Shah Alam.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
