**Job Purpose **Key Responsibilities **
- To guide support team for issue resolution
- To support ESB and its echo system live DR
- To support ACI connector live DR activities and support PayNet maintenance activities
- To lead support team and ensure PayNet service deterioration are identified as part of proactive monitoring, and appropriate actions are taken to bring back to normalcy.
- Support project deployment in SIT/UAT/PROD and DR and Go Live activities
- To provide Technical Support for SIT; UAT and Production Environment
- To ensure issues are identified, reported, tracked and closed in a timely manner
- Liaison to Change Management on RFC and ITHM trouble tickets
- To work with others in the team to follow common coding standards and common service design
- To regularly update management via established reporting templates for progress updates.
- Assume responsibility for tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Ensure compliance to ITSM standards and follow escalation process for production incidents

**Job Specification *
**Qualifications**:

- (Basic Degree/Diploma etc.)- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
- Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements- Strong technical knowledge and implementation skill in IT and Middleware technologies
- Relevant Work Experience- At least 10 years of experience in middleware support and deployment

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to interface effectively with senior business users and IT.
