**Tasks and Responsibilities**
We at StoreHub understand that the heart of our success lies in our team's ability to innovate and adapt. As a Marketing Technology & Lifecycle Specialist, your role shapes our customer journeys.
- Building tech specs to align cross functional stakeholders around our shared goals.
- Anchoring the marketing team with a tech POV in advanced topics like incrementality, permissioning, data philosophy, architecture, data flows.
- Tactically assisting in building and maintaining reports and dashboards for the team.
- Expertly manage CRM tools (such as CleverTap, Brevo or similar) to engage and retain customers.
- Develop and implement a robust lifecycle marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals.
- Design and optimize marketing funnels and flows to improve customer conversion and retention.
- Perform detailed data analysis to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Execute customer segmentation and profiling to tailor marketing strategies effectively.
- Drive product adoption by developing and implementing targeted strategies.
- Manage key partners effectively to drive cross-functional implementations.
**Skills and Knowledge**
To excel in this role, you should possess a unique blend of skills and knowledge:
- Strong technical and quantitative background with data analysis skills.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL and Python language.
- Experience using BiqQuery, AWS and Google Cloud.
- Proven proficiency in CRM tools is essential.
- Strong ability in lifecycle marketing strategy development and execution.
- Deep knowledge of funnels and flows in marketing, with a focus on optimizing customer journeys.
- Experienced working with SaaS products, and how to cater to the specific needs of B2B customers.
