Functional Assistant Manager(Banking)

**Responsibilities**:
As an internal consultant to business end-users in the area of process automation and operational efficiency. Business analyst role to determine business requirements and finding solutions to drive process automation.
- **Support users for Invoice Processing, User ID management, Interface file management for Esker/CODA**
- Involved and assist in system implementation (EDMS, Esker)
- Maintain CODA Agresso report. Update report according to user’s requirement.
- Create, maintain and monitor Integrity Scheduler

**SAP FICO**
- Prepare documentation (FAQ, manual) for projects
- Projects (Esker, EDMS) including internal configuration works, support task for

companies and interface management
- **Support all users that use CODA, Quantum, EDMS and Esker systems**

**Required**:

- Degree in Computer Science
- At least 3 years’ experience in **IT Application support field**
- Hands on knowledge on **SQL Server query, batch job, task scheduler, Crystal report**
- Some knowledge in programming
- **System Analysis & Design skills**
- **Reporting/Analytic developments skills**

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM13,000.00 per year
