**Overall Job Description**

Responsible for developing new business opportunities by growing its revenue, finding and developing new business opportunities, and expanding the brand towards Japanese corporates in Malaysia.

**Job Descriptions**
- Identifies and develops new sales and business opportunities particularly Japanese corporates in Malaysia.
- Evaluates sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn’t.
- Drives customer relationships towards customer success.
- Develops and strengthens internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and market share.
- Proposes and develops strategic partnerships.
- Work closely with the operations (recruitment) team to ensure the targeted closing rate is achieved.
- This position will be managing the Japanese clients in terms of key account management, while the operation team will be supporting recruitment delivery.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales/business development/key account management role.
- Preferably 1 year of working experience in the Staffing and Recruiting industry.
- Preferably a Native Japanese to penetrate into Japanese corporates.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills for closing deals.
- Positive mindset, persistent, sales-oriented, and a self-starter.
- Able to travel frequently as client visits.

Location : Sunway Nexis, Selangor

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
