**Tenant Renewals**:

- Identify upcoming lease expirations and proactively engage with tenants to negotiate lease renewals.
- Conduct market research to determine appropriate rent rates and tenancy terms.
- Prepare and present tenancy renewal proposal.
- Ensure timely execution of tenancy renewals and tenancy documentation.

**Asset Management**:

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value and performance of the real estate portfolio.
- Analyse financial and operational data to make informed decisions on asset performance.
- Evaluate outlet performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to maintain and enhance outlet condition.

**Landlord Relations**:

- Foster positive relationships with Landlords to address their needs and concerns promptly.
- Handle landlords’ requests, complaints, and issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with tenancy agreements and property regulations.

**Renewal Tenancy Administration**:

- Maintain accurate tenancy records and documentation.
- Ensure tenancy compliance and handle tenancy-related matters.
- Coordinate tenancy documentation, amendments, and terminations.

**Role Requirements**:

- Preferably a minimum of 1 year experience in a Real Estate & Tenancy function.
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business field or its equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with Tenants/Stakeholders
- Demonstrates strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently, navigate priorities and tasks assigned in an organized and timely manner with a strong sense of ownership
- Possess a can-do, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced/unstructured environment
- Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team player who can positively and productively impact both strategic and operational initiatives
