Sales Executive

Shah Alam, Malaysia Easy Rooms Management Sdn Bhd Full time

Responsibilities:

- 1) Promote vacant rooms through various marketing channels, including online platforms, social media and local advertising.

2) Respond to inquiries from potential tenants and provide information about available rooms, rental rates and lease terms.

3) Schedule and conduct viewings of the property, showcasing the features and amenities to potential tenants.

4) Build and maintain relationships with prospective tenants, addressing their concerns and answering any questions they may have.

5) Negotiate rental agreements and close sales, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

6) Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth move-in process for new tenants.

7) Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

8) Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives to attracts new tenants.

9) Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing any issues or concerns they may have during their stay.

**Requirements**:

- 1) Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or property management industry will be an advantage.

2) Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

3) Good communication skills & teamwork

4) Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

5) Knowledge of local rental market trends and regulations.

6) Proficiency in using various marketing channels and social media platforms.

7) Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

8) Ability to speak and write in Chinese is an advantage.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
