**Job Responsibility**
- Responsible for developing and managing the overall operation of the oil palms plantation and plan for future plantation development
- To take control of all phases and aspects of estate operation, including land development, cost management, human resources, worker management, planting practices and procedures, system and method, and Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) production
- Supervising oil palm tree planting, field maintenance, and nursery management
- Ensure that the estate is managed to the standard in accordance with acceptable agricultural and practice and the company's requirement
- Modernization of the estate work practices, including awareness of the requirements of MSPO & RSPO
- Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by the management or superior from time to time

**Job Requirements**
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Good people management, communication, and report writing skills
- Willing to work and live in a plantation environment
- At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experienced with oil palm planting are an advantage
- Working Hours: Monday - Saturday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
