- Capture relevant prospect data accurately in the CRM system and provide feedback to the marketing team for campaign optimization.

2. Follow-up on Incoming Leads:

- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and timeline, and determine the appropriate next steps.
- Schedule appointments or demonstrations for qualified leads with the relevant sales representatives or account managers.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.

3. Manage Renewal Cases:

- Proactively reach out to existing clients to discuss upcoming renewal opportunities and secure contract extensions.
- Address any concerns or objections raised by clients regarding renewals and work collaboratively with the account management team to resolve issues.
- Provide clients with information about new products/services or upgrades that may enhance their experience and add value to their existing agreements.
- Ensure timely renewal processing and documentation, following company procedures and policies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (fresh graduates welcome to apply).
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia for effective communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in tele-marketing, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
