**JOB SUMMARY**

As the **Tele-sales Manager**, your primary role is to lead and oversee the tele-sales operations. You will be responsible for guiding the sales team, ensuring the achievement of targets, and providing strategic support to meet company objectives. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in coaching and mentoring team members to foster their growth, learning, and career development.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders, including coordinating with external partners such as sales consultants, vendors, and regulatory bodies to optimize tele-sales processes and drive overall sales success.

**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Leading a team of tele-sales executives, you are accountable for overseeing their key deliverables, including the analysis of sales performance, evaluation of call statistics, and consolidation of tele-sales reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal standards.
- Meeting with team leaders and managers to discuss tele-sales strategies.
- Training junior tele-sales staff.
- Training tele-sales to practice sales scripts and communications.
- Managing the tele-sales team and assisting junior staff.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
- Setting weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Compiling and presenting sales reports.

**JOB SPECIFICATION**:
**You are/have**:

- Capable of leading and motivating a tele-sales team, establishing clear objectives and priorities, and efficiently managing resources to drive sales success.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of tele-sales analysis, sales planning, and sales principles.
- Adept at identifying and resolving challenges, taking a proactive approach to address issues and optimize sales strategies.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic tele-sales environment that is constantly evolving.
- Present yourself in a neat, pleasant, and articulate manner, maintaining good health and energy levels.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and diligence in managing tele-sales operations.
- A quick learner with a proactive and initiative-taking approach to achieving sales targets.

**Languages**:Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal). Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.

**Work Experience**: A minimum of 5 years of proven work experience, preferably in tele-sales or any related field. A minimum of one year in a managerial or leadership role within a tele-sales environment.

**Technical skills**:

- Excellent knowledge of tele-sales systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Good knowledge of tele-sales platforms and tools, including but not limited to predictive dialers and call monitoring systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc., is a MUST.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
