About the Role

Responsible for supporting HR initiatives

Professional Development:

- Take advantage of learning opportunities provided during the internship to expand knowledge of HR practices, employee engagement strategies, and learning and development principles.
- Seek mentorship from HR professionals within the organization to gain insights and guidance for future career growth in the field.

Engagement Activities:

- Assist in planning and executing team-building events and employee recognition programs to promote a positive work environment.
- Support HR team members to develop creative engagement strategies tailored to AIA's culture and values.

Learning Administration:

- Support the learning and development function by managing training logistics such as scheduling sessions, booking venues, and coordinating with trainers and participants.
- Organize and maintain training materials, ensuring they are readily accessible for participants and trainers.

Training Events:

- Assist in the setup of training events such as arranging seating, audio-visual equipment, and catering services.
- Act as a point of contact for participants, addressing inquiries and providing logístical support during training sessions.
