**Job description**
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- To assist and coordinate administrative activity and schedule between central kitchen, office, outlets and landlords.
- To arrange preventive regular maintenance with vendors and in-house maintenance technicians on outlet and central kitchen maintenance schedule. Arrange for work permits with the landlords.
- To arrange ad-hoc repairs and maintenance with vendors and in-house maintenance technicians.
- To request for and collect quotations from outside vendors for repair and maintenance jobs.
- To have a proper record and documentation updating maintenance.
- To do general administrative works.
- Any ad-hoc duties as required by Management
**JOB REQUIREMENT**:
- 2 years working experience in F&B chain will be an advantage
- Able to communicate in Chinese & English.
- Discipline and self-motivator

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
