Sales Rep - E-POS System for Restaurants and Cafes

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**-**Business Development**: Identify and research potential clients in the restaurant and cafe industry, build a strong sales pipeline, and develop strategies to approach new prospects effectively.

**-**Cold Calls and Lead Generation**: Make cold calls to potential customers, introduce the benefits of our E-POS system, and schedule meetings for product demonstrations and further discussions.

**-**Product Presentation**: Conduct product demonstrations showcasing the features and benefits of our E-POS system to prospective clients and address their specific needs.

**-**Sales Process Management**: Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring smooth communication and building strong relationships with clients.

**-**Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company, demonstrating exceptional sales acumen and dedication.

**-**Client Relationship Management**: Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

**-**Incentive-Based Compensation**: Be motivated by performance-based compensation, which includes commissions, incentives, and additional perks.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

**; Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM or related certificates in business, marketing, or sales.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry or selling to the restaurant and cafe sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A keen interest in technology and a quick learner.
- Preferably own a motorbike.
