Admin Assistant

Job Descriptions:
- We are looking for a fun and well-organized administrative assistant to support the admin tasks including:
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices, system and other documents or records (system training given)
- Organizational, verbal and written communication skills a must.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent time management
- Update and maintain operation records/reports detailing financial business transactions (e.g., invoices).
- Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.
- Day to day office administrative work
- Can start work immediately.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Language**:
- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred) and English
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
