**The role**:
The role of Credit Administrator is really important to us. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of credit information to support in country credit teams. Including daily banking, cash allocation and ledger management. Whilst experience in a credit role is an advantage, the right attitude is the most important quality. We are keen to hear from you whatever stage you are at in your credit career.
**Key responsibilities of the role**:
- Maintain Group ledgers and daily bank reconciliations on a timely manner.
- Downloading daily bank statements and allocations to group ledgers.
- Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them.
- Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank.
- Maintain proper record and storage of all accounting documents.
- Any other ad-hoc task requested by management.
**The experience we are looking for**:
- At least a Diploma / Bachelor’s in Accounting or a related field.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a related position.
- Proficiency in our accounting system (Sage) and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Able to communicate well in English.
