**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**BNM**
- Checking daily trackers update.
**CGC Guarantee**
- Prepare GTFS Interest Reimbursement & monthly outstanding report.
- Review of CGC monthly status report (non-PG).
**SJPP Guarantee**
- Monitor the extension of SJPP guarantee validity and will be in charge of the preparation of the SJPP Anniversary Guarantee Fee listing.
- Assist in reviewing of SJPP eGLS amendment request and the cancellation of guarantee notification to SJPP.
- In charge of the preparation of the Monthly Exposure Report and ensuring the maintenance of the MIS/LOS system runs smoothly.
**Ad-Hoc Task**
- Preparing the Productivity Report & assist in LOS enhancement.
- RCSA - Prepare sample requirement for CGC /BNM/ SJPP.
- Assist any queries from WCO BC & BC on BNM/CGC/SJPP-related matters.
- To prompt the Manager on any important issue encountered for manager knowledge / pro-active action /updating of SOP/process.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in any discipline
- 3 years and above work experience in credit admin. related department. Familiarity with the BNM fund scheme,
and guarantee scheme by CGC & SJPP is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions
