**Key Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create seamless user experiences.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Proven experience as a Flutter Developer or in a similar role in mobile app development. Strong proficiency in Dart and experience with Flutter framework.

Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

Knowledge of modern software design patterns and architectures. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience with other mobile development frameworks such as React Native or Xamarin. Knowledge of native development (Java/Kotlin for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS).

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.

Experience with Firebase or other cloud-based backend services.

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.

Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design tools such as Adobe XD or Sketch. Familiarity with state management solutions like Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.

**Working Conditions**:
Full-time position.

Office environment with potential for remote work. Flexible working hours may be available.

Occasional travel may be required for team meetings or client consultations.
