Execute the growth strategy, ensuring sales targets are met.
- Research to Identify potential clients and high-value contacts.
- Build business relationships and rapport with key decision stakeholders.
- Schedule weekly business development meetings with potential clients to showcase our services and address their objectives.
- Promote company services through various channels, including participation in marketing activities, LinkedIn, client referrals, fairs, and conferences.
- Develop new sales strategies to expand the business.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure our marketing material has the highest positive impact/attractiveness with potential customers.
- Strong understanding of company culture to support the opening mobilization periods.
- Manage PQQ, RFI, and RFP new business stages, including writing proposals, presentations, replying to Q&A, and contractual negotiations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail, including effective time management and planning.
- Strong follow-up follow-through behavior.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Love and passion for food; with knowledge of the F&B industry.
- Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions.
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
- Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing customers.
- Strong proficiency in English language.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
