Business Development Manager

**Job Summary**
The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives. This role involves leading a team to drive sales growth, develop marketing campaigns, and build strong relationships with customers and partners.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and expansion.
- Identify and analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective marketing campaigns.
- Lead teams the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, contracts, and licensing deals and identifying new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted strategies.
- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients and partners.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market research.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Pay: RM4,800.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
