To achieve and generate new business opportunities from the leads provided by Business Development
- Continuously generate client’s interest to close each sales process milestone
- Organising sales visits & secure appointment with the necessary decision maker
- Conduct site assessments together with technical team to understand client business issue
- Build value proposition through sales presentation
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
- To achieve sales KPI, sales target assigned by company
- To submit and provide the sales reports and market feedback information for sales and business analytics.
- Confidence in engaging customers and making a sale.
- Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers.
- Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum with Bachelor Degree holder in Business/Marketing/Admin related
- At least with 5 years of BD/ Sales experience in lighting solution industry and handle client from construction/ government related areas (Manager level)
- Friendly character and fluent speaking at least in English and Bahasa
- Possess with own vehicle
- Able to work independently

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
