Business Development Manager

Identify new business development opportunities and potential territories for
brands and market expansion.
- Planning and developing the new business expansion with right marketing strategy, assist in marketing team and new branches set up.
- Build, maintain and improve partnership with Franchisers, distributors and operation outlet.
- Develop and implement strategies for new products and services.
- Reviews of marketing opportunities and goal markets, intellect gathering on the customers and the competitors, making leads for feasible sales, follow-up sales movements, official proposal writing and the business model.
- Develop pursuit materials, prepare presentations and regularly present at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows and conferences.
- Build company profile and brand image in the market through sustained campaigns.
- Lead and develop staff by identifying training needs.
- Responsible for proposing an overall budget, delivering monthly revenue forecasts and controls to achieve targeted results.
- Determine monthly sales forecast, target and circumstance tread with smooth and regular, to lead and accelerating employee to create excellent achievement of sales and performance.
**Requirements**:
- Degree holder or above in Business, Marketing or equivalent qualify.
- Experience in sales/market development preferably in beauty salon/ related field
- Outgoing, strong-motivated, self-disciplined and very independent
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be conversant in Mandarin / English
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel.
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
