Job Title: Business Development Manager
Industry: OEM Manufacturing (Nutrition)
Location: Puchong
**About the Job**
Responsible for company eCommerce activity and plays the role of strategic planning, data analytics, business & relationship development. Bringing company brands to all key eCommerce platforms, and continually deliver the best online shopping experience to consumer.
**Responsibilities**:
- Setting up the ecommerce and digital marketing team including the standard operation procedure (SOP), strategies, KPI & etc.
- Creating and executing sales and marketing strategies based on research and reviews to boost ecommerce sales and meet company sales goals
- Responsible for end-to-end eCommerce performance including sales, pricing, listings content, on-site visibility, off-site traffic generation, order fulfilment, after-sales service, customer service and etc.
- Set up of operations in ecommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee and website.
- Manage reporting of sales and projected sales/margin forecasts. Leverage market trend research to inform strategic decision-making.
- Formulate and execute digital marketing demand-generation initiatives including but not limiting to road show, social media posting and live streaming, ads display, EDM, SEO and SEM
- Enhance brand awareness among online shoppers and drive company growth by aligning strategies with online customer needs and preferences
- Develop, monitor and recommend improvement initiatives on business processes, customer services and ecommerce strategies.
- Manages inventory, promotional mechanism
- Oversee the e-commerce budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a strong return on investment.
- Collaborate internally for efficient execution, ensuring a consistent customer experience aligned with best practices
- Manage annual negotiations, including trading terms and conditions, to facilitate sales agreements and achieve targeted margins
- Perform expressed or implied duties required by superior or company.
**Qualifications & Experiences Needed**
- At least bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in Health Supplement / Food and Beverage in Manufacturing / Raw Material / Seasoning & equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, such as Shopee, Lazada & Tiktok and proficiency in utilising their features and functionalities.
- Solid understanding of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and possess the ability to interpret data to drive insights and recommendations.
- Communication & negotiation skills
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and in teams at all levels.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
