- d) Maintain good working order to all business correspondences, records and administrative facilities which include mail, fax distribution, filing/document keeping.
- e) Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to other personnel or respective parties.
- f) Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on action/outstanding items.
- g) Assist in maintaining strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and business purposes.
- h) Liaise with relevant organizations and clients.
- i) Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as specified by the Director or management.
- j) Assist and support in day to day HR and Admin operation, activities and projects.**Benefits**:
