**_Job Description:_**

This role will be responsible to oversee the Customer Care team to ensure the best services are provided to the purchasers.

The job responsibilities include:

- To update development progress to purchasers;
- To conduct customer satisfaction survey for improvement of customer service;
- To maintain proper records of all complaints received and ensure timely attention and resolution of all issues as per the established Standard Operating Procedures (“SOPs”);
- To develop feedback or complaint procedures to improve customer satisfaction;
- To plan and organize residents’ community engagement activities and events;
- To work closely with Sales and Marketing team on the loyalty program and strategy for purchasers so as to improve the acquisition and retention of purchasers;
- To monitor purchasers’ complaints on defects and work closely with Project Management team and Property Management team to ensure timely resolution of such complaints;
- To plan for and lead the handing over of vacant possession;
- To establish the necessary SOPs for the Customer Care team to ensure efficient and effective implementation of the day-to-day operations.
- To carry out any other duties as and when required by the Management from time to time.

**_Job requirements:_**
- Diploma / Degree in Business Management or equivalent;
- 5 years and above of managerial experience in property management, customer relations, construction or property development industry;
- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service;
- Possess good interpersonal skills and communication skills;
- Able to work under pressure and take initiative to meet deadlines;
- Team leader who is able to build relationships, motivate team members, led by example and delegate effectively;
- Good command of English, Malay and/or Mandarin will be an added advantage;
- Co-operative and helpful attitude
