- Strictly adhere to the full compliance on inventory control procedures, receiving procedures, daily checks on freshness of stocks, practice of FIFO, adhering to the standard of good housekeeping and sanitation on food preparation, cooking and storage.
- Mematuhi sepenuhnya pematuhan terhadap prosedur kawalan inventori, menerima prosedur, pemeriksaan harian mengenai kesegaran stok, amalan FIFO, mematuhi standard pengemasan dan sanitasi yang baik dalam penyediaan makanan, memasak dan penyimpanan. _
- Work closely with the Department Manager to lead the team to meet achieve cost and wastage reduction guidelines, quality of food and service maintained and zero tolerance on variances and pilferage.

- Assist in monitoring the stock levels, and work closely with the Department Manager to follow up on orders placed, product mix, and to ensure the qualities of the controllable products are maintained.
